The course is designed to meet the following objectives:
- Provide a conceptual framework and explain the history of the guarantee for non-recurrence.
- Explore the practice of institutional reform following a period of mass human rights violations.
- Identify which actors and institutions need reform, and effective strategies for effective institutional reform.
- Sharing and reflecting on the practice of institutional reform in different contexts.
